What should I do if I forgot my password?
You can recover your password via here
Can I delete my images and close my account?
You may end your business with us at any time and you need to send an email to our customer service team at cs@real-edit.com.
Can I register multiples account with one email address?
No, you cannot. At Real-edit, we use an email address to identify users, therefore it has to be unique.
Can I change my email address?
No, you cannot.
What is the maximum file size?
We accept files with size up to 100 MB.
What are supported file types?
We support for most of image file types, e.g. JPG, NEF, CR2, CRW, DNG, TIF…
How long will my files be backed up?
Your files will be stored 30 days.
Can I upload a reference picture and will I be charged for it?
It is possible. And you won't be charged for it if it does not require any extra work from our retouchers.
How and when will I be notified about processed pictures?
The finished pictures are returned within 24 hours from when an order is placed successfully.
When the order is finished, we will send a notification email to your registered email address in which you will find a link to download the finished pictures. Finished pictures can also be accessible on our website once logged in.
Will I have full ownership and copyright of my processed pictures?
You have the exclusive and proprietary rights and ownership to all materials delivered to us. We can under no circumstances use the materials for any other purpose without your written consent.
What will you do with my personal information and my pictures?
Please read "Privacy Policy \ 1. Collect and use of personal information".
Can I change or add more pictures after the payment?
We do not accept picture replacement after the payment is settled. You will need to create a new order.
Can I add editing instructions for my pictures?
At Real-edit, we try to limit individual instructions and we believe we can sactisfy most of clients with our editing packages.
Can I discuss with someone about my editing requirements?
Certainly. Please contact our customer service team at cs@real-edit.com.
Can I change the editing package?
No, you cannot. You will need to cancel the current package and order a new package.
What can I do if I am unhappy with your work?
We provide free revisions until you are satisfied. Please read more on "Terms of service \ 8. Revision policy".
How many times can I ask for the re-edit of my pictures?
There is no limit on the number of revisions as long as your revision request fulfils the terms in "Terms of service \ 8. Revision policy".
Which payment methods do you support?
We accept credit card payment online and instant payment through Paypal.
Can I try your service before buying?
Yes, you can. Please send your pictures to our customer service team at cs@real-edit.com.
Do you offer discounts and in which circumstances?
We do offer discounts by volume. Please contact our customer service team at cs@real-edit.com for further discussion.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with your work?
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with our work, you can submit a revision request (see more in "Terms of service \ 8. Revision policy").
